DotClock is operated from Italy. Orders are fulfilled and any disputes governed under Italian and EU law, without limiting consumer rights in your own country of residence.
Buying a DotClock
- Prices include VAT for EU & UK destinations. Other regions may incur import duties at delivery — those are your responsibility.
- We confirm orders by email. Stock is verified at confirmation; if we can't ship, we refund immediately.
- Shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Warranty & returns
Two-year warranty (parts and labour) — see warranty. 30-day no-questions returns — see returns. These are in addition to your statutory rights.
Using this website
- Use it for the things it was built for. Don't scrape, brute-force, or attempt to disrupt service.
- If you create an account, you're responsible for the password. We hash everything we store.
- The "Buy" button creates an order, not a contract — final confirmation is the order email.
Using a DotClock
DotClock pulls weather, news, and seismic data from third-party APIs and public RSS feeds. We don't guarantee the accuracy of that data — it's for ambient interest, not for navigation, evacuation, or life-safety decisions.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited by contract.
