What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks and a "skip to content" link on every page.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and dialogs — no mouse required.
- Visible focus styles and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
- Colour choices checked for contrast in both light and dark themes.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion— animations are toned down or removed when you ask your system to reduce motion. - Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly down to small screens and up to 200% zoom.
Conformance
This site targets WCAG 2.1 AA. Most of the site conforms; some third-party embeds (e.g. the Stripe payment frame) are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with strong accessibility records.
Known limitations
- A few decorative animations and gallery interactions are still being audited.
- Downloadable PDFs (user guide, invoices) may not be fully tagged for screen readers yet — contact us and we'll provide an accessible alternative.
