Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to browse, configure and buy a DotClock. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a checkbox.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks and a "skip to content" link on every page.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, and dialogs — no mouse required.
  • Visible focus styles and ARIA labels on icon-only controls.
  • Colour choices checked for contrast in both light and dark themes.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animations are toned down or removed when you ask your system to reduce motion.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow cleanly down to small screens and up to 200% zoom.

Conformance

This site targets WCAG 2.1 AA. Most of the site conforms; some third-party embeds (e.g. the Stripe payment frame) are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with strong accessibility records.

Known limitations

  • A few decorative animations and gallery interactions are still being audited.
  • Downloadable PDFs (user guide, invoices) may not be fully tagged for screen readers yet — contact us and we'll provide an accessible alternative.

Need help, or found a barrier?

If anything is hard to use with assistive technology, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as priority bugs and will work with you on an alternative in the meantime. Email and we'll aim to respond within 5 business days.
